Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is no reception at this property. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their expected arrival time. Upon arrival at the hotel guests need to call the property so they are recommended to carry their booking details for reference. The meeting point is Hilltop Road, opposite Pool Meadow bus and coach station, CV1 5SA. A surcharge of GBP 40 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that washing powder and dishwashing tablets are not provided. Please be advised there may be a 15-minute waiting time upon arrival before check-in. Please note that double beds are standard, but twin rooms may be available upon request. Please note that the property is located in a residential area and that no social gatherings are permitted. No visitors are allowed after 21:00. Guests wishing to use the car park has to pay a GBP 200 deposit, which will be refunded upon return of the car park entry key.
