Daintree Valley Haven offers a secluded and peaceful self-catering rainforest B&B retreat, surrounded by the Daintree National Park. Birdwatchers can spot over 140 different species throughout the year. Free WiFi is provided in public areas of the property. Each air conditioned bungalow features lounge area, a small DVD/CD/MP3/USB player, a private verandah, and an en suite bathroom with a large shower. All include a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and an electric stove. A coffee capsule machine and cooking utensils are provided. There is a BBQ area with a hot tub. Guests can enjoy walking tracks through the gardens and rainforest on the property. Guests at Daintree Valley Haven receive a daily breakfast basket, delivered to their cabin. It includes tropical fruits, juice, cereals, home-made jam and yoghurt, plus coffee and locally-grown Daintree tea. BBQ facilities are also available. This 30-acre oasis is just 8 km from Daintree Village and a perfect base for visiting Cape Tribulation, Mossman Gorge, Port Douglas and the Great Barrier Reef. The property can help with advice on local activities. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
