Beautiful sea front villa overlooking the wonderful open sea with a large lawn garden that runs down from the villa to the rocks and the edge of the open sea Both parts are identical in the interior, each boast on the ground floor a bright living/dining area with a semicircle built sofa and access to the pool and garden area, a larder and a guest toilet. One of kitchens is well equipped -the other is not equipped-. The laundry area is the basement. On the upper floor each part boast two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms – one also has a separate shower - both with access the upper terrace with gorgeous sea views. All bedrooms boast air conditioning cold/warm with a limited timetable (21:00-09:00) There are two covered terraces with comfortable terrace furniture; one with a dining table and chairs for delicious breakfast or evening meals and another by the pool, a lovely “chill-out area” with a sofa and an armchair. The beautiful pool (aprox.10 m x 5m Depth min. 0.90 max. 2.05m – Children area 40-60 cm.)
