Located a 5-minute walk from the nearby sandy beaches, Elena Apartments offers accommodation in modern-style apartments on several locations in the central area of Tel Aviv. With free WiFi, all the air-conditioned apartments have fully equipped kitchen facilities, washing machines and flat-screen cable TVs. You can find public transportation hubs in the immediate vicinity of the Elena Apartments. There are also many restaurants, shops and bars. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Please note that Elena Apartments has several locations. Check-in takes place at each individual apartment. The hotelier will contact you after the reservation with detailed check-in information and contact details. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property.
