This apartment hotel has a great location near to Ciutadella's old town and port. It comprises one 3-storey building and 25 apartments. Facilities include lift access, car parking and a children's play area. All apartments feature modern décor and have 1, 2 or 3 double rooms, as well as a living/dining room with a single sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Facilities include TV set, fridge, ceramic stove and oven, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. The furnished balcony/terrace provides views of the garden. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating units come as standard.
