Eden Club offers spacious villas in a beautiful natural setting, between a golf course and the beach. Each villa sits in the 600m² tree-lined garden and has a private swimming pool. The Villas at the Eden Club can accommodate up to 8 people. They all have modern en suite facilities, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen area with a traditional oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. Onsite services available at an additional charge include house cleaning, laundry and bakery delivery. Private parking is available and is free of charge. Eden Club is located just 3 km from the beach, between Arcachon and the vineyards of Médoc. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 24 Feb 2020 until Fri 24 Apr 2020 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 01 Nov 2020 until Thu 01 Apr 2021 A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking. Arrivals are from 17:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival. Optional services to be paid on site: - bed linen rental: EUR 16 per person per week - towels rental: EUR 9,50 per person per week - beds made upon arrival: from EUR 65 to EUR 80, depending on the accommodation type - end-of-stay cleaning: from EUR 137 to EUR 147, depending on the accommodation type - baby bed: EUR 30 per week - baby high chair: EUR 25 per week - baby bed + baby high chair kit: EUR 50 per week. A changing mat, baby bath and bottle warmer are available for free upon prior request and subject to availability. A EUR 50 weekly fee applies per pet. The pool will be open weather permitting from 09 April to 05 November 2022.
