Reception working hours are from 9:00 until 21:00. If checking out prior to reception opening hours, please leave the keycard in room and close the door. A surcharge of 120 PLN applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Please note that the credit card used for booking has to be presented upon arrival. If guests dont have that card, another credit card owned by guests can be accepted for payment. Please note that credit cards belonging to third parties, debit cards and virtual cards are not accepted. In case of non-refundable bookings guests will receive a personalised link from the property where they can make a secure credit card payment. Use of apartments for parties, celebrations or social events attended by more people than the apartment is rented for, is not allowed.
