You will stay in an original timber-framed villa and you can be assured of never running out of things to do in the park. In addition to the indoor swimming pool, bowling alleys and Koos Kids Club, the golf courses are a major attraction at the park, where challenging 9-hole and 18-hole courses with stunning views await the beginning and advanced golfer alike. Featuring an indoor swimming pool, mini golf and children’s playground Ferienresort Cochem provides spacious bungalows with a sauna and a terrace. Surrounded by vineyards, it lies 3 km from the River Moselle and next to a golf course. The modern non-smoking bungalow comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen with combi-oven. A TV with DVD player is also provided. Buffet meals are available in the restaurant or light meals can be bought at the snack bar. On sunny days drinks can be enjoyed on the terrace. Guests can rent a bicycle and explore the pretty Moselle countryside or take a trip to the historic centre of Cochem (5 km). Ediger-Eller Train Station is 4 km away, while it is 20 km to the A48 motorway. Free on-site parking is available. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 13 per person or bring their own. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Roompot Vakanties will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of EUR 65 is required. The host charges this 30 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that different policies, additional supplements and/or charges apply for business- and long term reservations. Please contact the property for more information prior to booking. The property will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours of your booking with detailed information on the deposit and payment. After full payment is received, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. If the full amount is not paid before arrival, it may happen that your property is no longer available. Credit card information can be asked to secure your booking. These will not be used to collect the payment. Please inform the property if your expected arrival time is after 21:00. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after booking via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 8.50 (bed linen) and 13.50 (bed linen and towels) per person. Please contact the accommodation before your arrival if you want to book final cleaning or bed linen and towels. Please also note that guests may choose to clean some categories themselves instead of booking a final cleaning. Charges vary for cleaning. Please contact the property for further details.
