Pool Heat: All homes feature a private swimming pool. Pool heating is available from October - May and pool heat can be added at the time of booking. Cancellations: Low Season: 8 days or more will incur no fee. A cancelation made within 7 days of arrival will incur a100% cancelation fee. High Season: 30 to 15 days prior to arrival cancelation will incur 50% cancelation fee. 14 days or less will incur 100% cancelation fee. No Shows: 100% cancelation fee applies. 2 master bedrooms with King or Queen bed and en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to 2 persons - additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and a 3rd bathroom. Dining area with chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven & cook top, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker,crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner & fire extinguisher. Remote control color TV & DVD/VCR in main living area an master bedroom, telephone. Towels and linen are provided. Homes do not usually have safes. Not Available.
