Franzelahof is a chalet located on a south-facing slope above Bad Kleinkirchheim, offering beautiful views, a large garden and ski-to-door access in winter. The St. Kathrein Thermal Bath is reachable within a 15-minute walk. The chalet has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a balcony. A ski storage room, a washing machine and barbecue facilities are available as well. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the centre of town, a 15-minute walk away. A delivery service for fresh bread rolls can be arranged every morning. The Brentlerhütte après-ski hut, run by the owner of Franzelahof is accessible via the Sonnwiesenbahn Ski Lift and offers home-made products. Hiking and biking tracks start directly at the property and the Sonnwiesenbahn Ski Lift is beside the house. A ski boot dryer can be found on site.
