The winding glens offer a stunning natural route, just 15 minutes to the south of Perth and about 30 minutes north of Edinburgh. Glenfarg is surrounded by prestigious golf courses, such as St. Andrews and Gleneagles, as well as top-quality local courses. This beautiful castle-style building offers a charming, friendly atmosphere. Recently reopened under new management, the hotel has being tastefully decorated with guests' comfort a top priority. After an eventful day spent exploring the surrounding countryside or on one of the many golf greens in the area, guests may sit back and enjoy a superb meal from the award-winning chef in the hotel restaurant, 'Taylors', or in the lively bistro, both of which offer a high standard of cuisine and service. A total of 16 rooms are on offer and further hotel amenities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a cloakroom, a TV room and a café. Conference facilities are available and it is possible to gain access to the Internet. The room and laundry services may be taken advantage of and there is a playground for younger guests whilst those arriving are offered car parking facilities. The hotel offers spacious, comfortable en suite rooms that have been tastefully decorated with many thoughtful touches to add that little bit more to the comfort and enjoyment of guests' stays. Each of the rooms comes with a hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, tea and coffee making facilities, ironing equipment, heating and a double bed as standard. It is possible to play billiards (charges payable). A hearty breakfast is on offer to guests each morning; lunch and the evening meal can be taken à la carte.
