Situated 20 km north of Golden, in the Blaeberry valley (no through traffic nor trains) it has a very nice natural swimming pond, walking trails, and river access. Wildlife is abundant. Boasting a large pond and river access, this Golden guest accommodation offers views of the surrounding mountains. Skiing at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is 38 km away. Each cottage features a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. A fireplace and free Wi-Fi are featured in each rustic cottage at Goldenwood Lodge. Comfortably furnished, all cottages offer a furnished balcony. Guests of Golden’s Goldenwood Lodge can enjoy various breakfasts by request with free range eggs, fresh fruit and homemade preserves. Golden Golf Club is 30 minutes’ drive from this guest accommodation. Golden town centre with shops and restaurants is 25 km away. Please note, breakfast is not included in the room rate and must be ordered the evening before. The property access is a gravel road and therefore unsuitable for motorbikes and vehicles with trailers. Please note, parties are not allowed in the property.
