Upper House, a sister hotel to Gothia Tower, is a small, modern, and unique hotel located on the top floors of the middle tower, offering stunning city views. Guests staying in these rooms enjoy more space and a unique à la carte breakfast featuring seasonal dishes prepared to order. These room types also include access to the Upper House Spa, which features a separate elevated gym and offers yoga (subject to availability). Please note that guests must be 25 years or older to stay in suites.

Rooms include a tea/coffee maker, safe, satellite TV, telephone, work desk, minibar (charges apply), and a bathroom with a hairdryer (bathtub/shower).
