The establishment is located in a residential area in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. There are restaurants, bars, clubs and public transport links close to the hotel, as are a selection of shops. The beach is about 1.5km away. Lanzarote Airport is about 10km away. This luxury complex is situated in a residential area. It consists of 5 units of luxury villas on a 900 m² area, each surrounded by exotic gardens with a private pool and private parking area. The charming club resort was built in 2010 and offers a hotel safe, wireless Internet access, laundry services, and bicycle hire. Guests can also wine and dine in the café, bar and restaurant. Each villa has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, as well as an en suite bathroom with a bath and two others bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher, dryer, ironing set, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and a microwave. The dining room is also fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, a satellite/cable TV, radio and Internet access. Guests also have a terrace at their disposal. Each villa has a private pool. Sun loungers with parasols are laid out ready for use on the nearestsandy/rocky beach (for a fee). The hotel serves breakfast each morning. Lunch and dinner are available à la carte and from a set menu.
