Gregory Stay

Gregory Stay is 10 minutes drive from Perth Airport, 15 minutes drive from Perth CBD (Central Business District) and 20 minutes drive from the Swan Valley. Each bedroom in the 3-bedroom house is equipped with its own flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, heater and study desk. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living/dining area and both a bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a laundry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
