The property offers one free parking space for each apartment. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that between the holiday park and the amusement park Hansa-Park is the railway line to Puttgarden, due to that guests might experience some noise disturbance. The property will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours of your booking with detailed information on the deposit and payment. After full payment is received, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. If the full amount is not paid before arrival, it may happen that your apartment is no longer available. Credit card information can be asked to secure your booking. These will not be used to collect the payment. Please inform the property if your expected arrival time is after 17:00. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after booking via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Bed linen is optional, guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 13 per person. Please contact the accommodation before your arrival if you want to book final cleaning or bed linen and towels. Please note that the person making the booking must be 21 years minimum. It is not possible to place extra beds and exceed the maximum capacity of the property unit. Your electricity, water and gas consumption is not included. This will be charged at the property based on consumption. Please note that tickets for the Hansapark cannot be purchased at this property. The Hansapark is closed between October-April every year. It will be open 29 March 2018 until 21 October 2018.
