In addition to quaint, rustic western-style accommodations, our guests always sit down every morning to a fantastic southern-style breakfast which includes juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, home made entrees, fresh biscuits, home made jams, Idaho bacon and sausage, cheesey stone-ground corn grits and an assortments of other goodies. Out door recreation and activities abound in the area, and many of our guests enjoy their guided fishing floats on the South Fork of the Snake River as well as horse back rides along the Palisades guided by Swan Valley Outfitters. For those who just want to enjoy a rest on the property, Hansen Guest Ranch has a lighted tennis court, horseshoes, croquet, bocce, hundreds of books from which to choose for an enjoyable read and even a big screen TV in The Loft if they want to catch up on sports and news. The ranch is 43 miles from Jackson and 95 miles from both the west and south entrances to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Situated on 17 acres of land, this Swan Valley, Idaho guest ranch offers cabins and cottages with free Wi-Fi, serves a daily hot breakfast and has an on-site horse riding area. Jackson Hole is 43 miles away. A microwave, a mini-fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities are included in all suites and cottages at Hansen Guest Ranch. They offer rustic hardwood furniture and western décor. A community area with a large screen TV is offered to guests in the loft of a renovated barn at Swan Valley Hansen Guest Ranch. Guests also have access to on-site tennis courts and fire pits or can enjoy a game of croquet. Hiking and cycling trails are nearby and the ranch offers free use of bicycles. Within 20 miles of the ranch, you will find tournament quality golf courses. Fly-fishing opportunities on the South Fork of the Snake River are just 10 minutes’ drive away. Heise Hot Springs is 25 miles away. Yellowstone National Park is 90 miles from the ranch. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If guests arrive after normal check-in hours and have not contacted the Hansen Guest Ranch to arrange for a late check-in and not been informed as to where their accommodations are located, these guests will be charged an additional USD $50 fee. Upon cancellation, the deposit may be applied to future bookings with this property depending on availability. Please note that a service charge is applied for international reservations. The accommodations are non-smoking, and if violated by guests there will be a fee assessed at time of check-out.
