Haus Sonneneck

Offering German cuisine, and a sun terrace, this privately run hotel in Medebach is surrounded by the hiking and cycling trails of the Rothaargebirge Mountains. Only 1 km from the Center Parcs Park Hochsauerland, Haus Sonneneck has quiet rooms with light wooden floors and a modern bathroom. German meals are served in the Sonneneck’s country-style restaurant. There is also a cosy bar. Guests are welcome to use the sun terrace which is great for relaxing. The popular ski resort of Winterberg is just a 20-minute drive from the Sonneneck Medebach. Sauerlandcard cards are provided on request. They allow many discounts throughout the Sauerland region. A free garage is provided for motorcycles. If you arrive on a Tuesday please contact the accommodation in advance. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Please also note that extra beds or cots are not available at this property. Children are also not allowed to sleep in their parents bed if a room with an occupancy of 2 is booked.
