We found a jewel when we came to Pembrokeshire. Highfield - named after my Grandmother - is tucked away overlooking the beautiful Pembroke river, facing south east, so we have magnificent sunrises. It is quiet and dark enough to see the stars. With free Wi-Fi and free parking on site, Highfield is situated on the south side of Pembroke Dock, with views of the striking medieval castle and the Pembroke estuary. South Pembrokeshire Golf Club is just 5 minutes’ drive away. There are 2 spacious and elegant rooms at Highfield, with traditional furnishings and an en suite bathroom. Both rooms have views over the tidal Pembroke River and each boasts a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast room overlooks the garden and fields leading down to the river. The Pembrokeshire Coast is a National Park, and there are plenty of scenic walking routes nearby where guests can take in the gorgeous sights.
