Located in a forest outside of Predlitz, only 500 metres from the Zirbenwaldbahn Ski Lift, Hittn12 offers a comfortable self-catering accommodation unit with a terrace, a balcony and access to a garden with barbecue facilities. Private parking spaces are available on site free of charge. The chalet at the Hittn12 is decorated in traditional alpine style and comes with a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a tiled stove. In addition, it features a TV and 2 bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer. Guests at the property can also take advantage of a ski storage room. Enough wood for the stove is provided as well. A pram, changing table, high chair and baby equipment can be provided on request free of charge. Several cycling and hiking trails start directly on the premises. The Paullift Ski Lift can be reached within a 2-minute drive. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform Hittn12 in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that the chalet does not feature a central heating system. A wood-burning stove and firewood are provided.
