House of the architect I.E. Starov - (the angular part of building) Profitable House of V.A. Bogdanovich The building was constructed during the second half of the XVIII century. In 1882, new home owner - engineer Colonel V. A. Bogdanovich and the architect P. I. Shestov redesigned the corner of the building. After reconstruction the building became a four-story, with inexpressive facade. In the years 1899-1900 military engineer V. P. Statsenko overbuilt on the left part of a four-storey building (in the courtyard) a outbuilding. Here is located our hostel. Located next to Nevsky Prospect in Sankt Petersburg, Hostel Duet offers simply furnished rooms and a homey atmosphere. Decorated in minimalist style, the hostel offers free Wi-Fi and a shared seating area with a fridge and a dining table. All rooms feature lockers, night lights and access to a shared bathroom with shower. There is also a safe box at the reception. There is also a souvenir shop on site. The Obvodniy Canal can be reached by car in 15 minutes, while Moscow Train Station can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Airport Pulkovo can be reached by public transport in 50 minutes.
