Hostel Kemijärvi

Set a 10-minute walk from central Kemijärvi, this hostel offers free parking and basic rooms with views of Lake Pöyliöjärvi. Kemijärvi Train Station is a 12-minute walk away. A work desk and a wardrobe feature in all rooms at Hostel Kemijärvi. Each room has access to shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, as well as a common TV lounge. Finnish dishes are served at Restaurant Lohiportti from June until September. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed on Kemijärvi Hostel’s terrace bar. Leisure facilities include a sauna and a playground for children. Bicycles, canoes, rowing boats, as well as snowshoes can be rented on site. In winter, guests can access cross-country skiing trails directly from the property. The nearest grocery store is a 7-minute walk away. Pyhä-Luosto National Park is 47 km from the hostel. Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent them on site or bring your own. You can clean before check-out or pay a final cleaning fee. Please note that you cannot bring your own sleeping bag to the hostel due to hygienic reasons.
