Hotel Altwirt

This traditional Bavarian hotel is housed in a historic building in the spa town of Lenggries. It offers free WiFi and easy access to Bad Tölz, the Tegernsee lake and Karwendel mountain range. The family-run Hotel Altwirt offers modern, cosily furnished rooms here in the Bavarian Alps. There is also an on-site sauna, infra-red sauna and solarium, as well as a playground and indoor play corner for children. In the morning, guests can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet. Bavarian specialities, international dishes and freshly tapped beers can be enjoyed in the restaurant’s Flößerstube, Geierstube, Jägerstube and Karwendelstüberl lounges. Bavarian Tapas are served during the whole week, and Spanish specialities on Fridays. The idyllic sourroundings are ideal for hiking, mountain biking, skiing and swimming. Bicycle and ski storage facilities are available. On-site parking is free at the hotel. A shuttle can be arranged from the train station on request. Arrivals on Mondays are only possible until 17:00.
