Pets are only allowed in the superior rooms. Pets are not allowed to be alone in the room and in the patio/garden. Pets need to be leashed outside the hotel room. Please note that the terrace, balcony and Family room is accessed via stairs in a building with no lift. The Comfort and Superior room are located on the ground floor.
