The hotel has a 24-hour reception, and facilities include drinks vending machines, a launderette and free parking. The hotel offers a free pick-up service from JR Kumagaya Station and Shinrin Koen Station, both within a 20-minute drive away. Takane Country Club is a 10-minute drive, and Masashi Kyuryo National Government Park can be visited a 20-minute drive away. Simple air-conditioned rooms feature an interior in light colours with floor-to-ceiling windows and a seating area. They’re fitted with a TV, a fridge and an attached bathroom with toiletries. To play golf at the property, a reservation must be made by 1 day before check-in. The outdoor swimming pool is available from mid-July through August. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Child rates apply to children between ages 4 and 12.
