From July onwards, Jaspers will open from noon to 3pm for Southern Forests wine tasting with a curated selection of Pemberton wineries; Picardy, Below & Above, Pemberley of Pemberton and – new at Jaspers – Lillian Wines. Along with these superb examples of Pembertons finest vineyards, were delighted to unveil our delicious Jaspers gourmet boards filled with a hand-picked selection of treats to enjoy with those wines; a trio of cheese from Nannup’s Cambray, Italian prosciutto and salami, Knutsford Gourmet crackers & lavosh, Great Southern Groves olives, The Epicurean Foodie Peach Bourbon Paste, seasonal fruit, soft dried apricots, dry roasted nuts & Southern Forests Chocolate.
