The kitchen comes with a hob, oven, toaster and a fridge. Free WiFi is available. Charming boutiques and cafés can be found along Great Western Road and on nearby Byres Road. The quaint Ashton Lane with its pubs and restaurants is just over 5 minutes’ walk away, offering a wide variety of cuisine. The Botanic Gardens are just 3 minutes’ walk away. Glasgow University’s Gothic architecture and the neighbouring Kelvingrove Park are approximately half a mile away. Both just over 5 minutes’ walk away, Kevinbridge and Hillhead Subway Stations connect you to the centre of Glasgow in 10 minutes. Central Glasgow can also be reached on foot in just 15 minutes. Several buses stop along Great Western Road. Glasgow International Airport is just a 15-minute drive from Kelvin Apartment and Prestwick Airport is a 45-minute drive. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The Kelvin operate a strict no smoking policy. If a guest smokes in their room or hotel areas, there will be a charge of GBP 250 made to their payment card. Please note Kelvin Apartment can only be used for residential purposes; we do not welcome hen/stag parties or big groups. Car parking is available from the sister hotel located directly next door. Guests are also able to park in front of the hotel, this is offered on a parking meter. Parking is charged at GBP 5 per day. As there is limited amount of spaces, there may be times where you have blocked in other guests. The property asks for your corporation in moving your vehicle when asked. Although every reasonable care is taken, the property cannot take any responsibility regarding guests cars.
