Key Gracia Apartments

Gracia Apartments offer various apartments, all located in Barcelonas trendy Gràcia district, 750 metres from Gaudís iconic Sagrada Família Basilica. These modern, air-conditioned apartments feature free WiFi. Each apartment has stylish décor with parquet floors, while some apartments have a private terrace. The lounge has a sofa and flat-screen TV, and the kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. A hairdryer, towels and bed linen are provided. The address of each apartment is provided in the descriptions of each one. Information about what to see and do in the surrounding area is available, and you can walk to Hospital de Sant Pau, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in 7 minutes. Located 450 metres away, Joanic and Sagrada Família Metro Stations connect you with the rest of the city with ease. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform Key Gracia Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Key collection is done at our reception in a different location from the apartment. From Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be someone waiting for you in the office so you can check in and make payments in person. From Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays, we will do self-check online (Days prior to arrival) in this way, you can collect the keys in the key box at the reception. In the event that the corresponding SELF CHECK IN is not carried out and in-person intervention is necessary to check-in, between 30 and 50 EUR will be charged.
