La Penita Apartments

The complex is located 400 m from the beach, 4 km from a Golf Course, 8 km from Tías and 21 km from Chapel of Sorrows.

Facilities and services include reception open 24 hrs, a pool bar, an outdoor pool, children's pool, garden, playground, tennis court, bocceball court, a dart board and parking.

The apartments feature TV, telephone, wireless internet, safety box, hairdryer, kitchen, microwave oven, water heater, toaster, fridge, stove and balcony/terrace.

POOL BAR SCHEDULE
From 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from July to September
From 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from October to June

Please note: Cleaning service and change of towels 2 days for each week of stay.

*NOTE:
For reservations with stays in May, these are the conditions:
1. Between April 1st and May 18th, the Pool Bar service will not be available.
2. From Monday, May 19th, we will offer Pool Bar service at a kiosk that we will install in the solarium.
3. From Monday, May 19th, the pool will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
4. During their stay, we will offer Reception service from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
5. Housekeeping service will be provided on alternate days, with towel changes twice per week and bed linen changes once per week.

For reservations with stays in June and July, these are the conditions:
1. We will offer Pool Bar service at a kiosk that we will install in the solarium.
2. The pool will be open from Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
3. Reception service will be available in person from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
4. Housekeeping service will be provided on alternate days, with towel changes twice per week and bed linen changes once per week.

La Peñita complex has implemented a new remote reception service to better assist guests arriving outside of regular reception hours.

Remote Reception Hours:
From 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight), once the complex’s physical reception closes at 5:00 PM.
During these hours, all arrivals will be handled remotely, and guests will be provided with clear and efficient instructions to access their accommodation.
Important: Check-ins during this time must be done via the video intercom located at the entrance on Calle Chalana, to the right of the main door. The intercom is clearly marked with a sign.

-Sea View Apartment
Located on the top floor, with stair access only (no lift). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer. The living room includes a sofa bed, satellite TV, and a balcony. The bedroom has 2 single beds.

-Standard Pool View or Solarium Apartment
Located on a middle or top floor, with stair access only (no lift). In some cases, guests may be assigned an apartment on the top floor of Block 3 or 4, which are also Sea View Apartments.
It features a balcony, kitchen equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer. The living room includes a sofa bed and satellite TV. The bedroom has 2 single beds.

The hotel offers a courtesy room/shower service so guests can shower and get ready before their departure. This service lasts a maximum of 20 minutes and costs €20. Availability is limited, so it is necessary to book at reception at least 1 day in advance.

Late check-out is subject to availability. It costs an extra charge and allows guests to keep the room until 6 p.m.
