The kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave and washing machine. Las Brisas I can be found in a quiet residential area with pine trees. The bungalows are about 3 km from the beaches and only 450 metres from the Bonmont Golf Course. There is free onsite parking. Las Brisas I has good access to the AP-7 motorway linking Valencia and Barcelona. PortAventura Theme Park is about 20 minutes’ drive away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
