The communal gardens with swimming pool also have barbecue facilities and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. A spacious living-dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can be found in Las Golondrinas. It has air conditioning, heating and a washing machine. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, a market and bus stops within walking distance. The seaside village of La Cala de Mijas is 1.5 km away. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that free parking is for one vehicle per apartment.
