Les Chataigniers

Résidence Les Châtaigniers is located in a 3-hectare park, in the heights of Saint Jorioz, 2 km from Lake Annecy and 9 km from Annecy. The residence offers apartments, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, furnished and standard rooms (without kitchenette). All apartments have a balcony with a view of the mountains or direct access to the garden, do not hesitate to specify your preference when booking. Each apartment includes a kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils. It includes a TV and a bathroom with a shower and/or bathtub. The rooms at the Residence have a private bathroom and a TV. The hotel has 2 swimming pools including: 1 indoor pool open every day and 1 seasonal outdoor pool (unheated), open from May to September. With your accommodation, you will have access to a volleyball court, a squash court, a tennis court, a pétanque court, ping-pong tables and a weight training area. The Residence has a restaurant and a bar, open from May to September by reservation. From May to September we offer a sweet and savory buffet breakfast at an additional cost. From September to May we offer a continental breakfast at an additional cost. We draw your attention to the fact that the residence does not offer wifi or air conditioning. Please inform Residence Les Chataigniers in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Piscine extérieur is closed from Sun 29 Sept 2024 until Sun 11 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that cleaning is done at the end of stay, in the apartments only. Guests must clean the kitchen area before check-out. If you plan on arriving after 17:00, please notify the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The single beds are 80 cm and together they make a 160 cm bed.
