A Villa located 700 metres from the beach in Biscarrosse-Plage, Les Iris features a tree-filled garden with an outdoor dining area and free Wi-Fi in all areas. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 41 rue des Arènes, 40600 BISCARROSSE PLAGE. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for an additional charge: - EUR 15 per person for bed linen - EUR 8 per towel.
