Two-storey country house, semi-detached with its neighbour, with grounds fully bordered by hedging and trees for a good deal of privacy. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms -one of the bathrooms is outside- On the ground floor there is an open living-dining room. The kitchen has a small breakfast table. Twin bedroom with en suite shower-room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Outside bathroom. The bedrooms have fixed and limited air conditioning (hot / cold).
