The hotel is very close to the Zhongguancun science park, the Summer Palace, the TV Tower and West Beijing railway station. The closest bus stop to the hotel is at Gongzhufen bus station. It takes 45 to 60 minutes to reach the hotel from Beijing Capital International Airport by taxi. This new hotel was opened in September 2007 and offers over 100 guest rooms spread over 7 floors. The lobby lounge provides the ideal setting for meeting business partners and enjoying refreshments from the on-site coffee shop. There is a function room on the 1st floor, which is equipped with an overhead projector and a slide projector. It offers meeting space for about 30 people.
