The hotel is located in the best residential area of Mar del Plata. The building is positioned in the middle of a leafy park surrounded by trees that date back to the period it was built. This impressive English style chalet features brick walls, wood and hammered stone in the exterior and a pitched roof with slate roof tiles. Built by the current owners in 1988, it is inspired by the architecture - interior and exterior - of the club house of the century, Golf Club Mar del Plata. It is distinguished by its sober and comfortable decoration not to mention the appropriate touch of comfortable modernity. Renovated in 2010, the air-conditioned hotel comprises 8 rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, breakfast room, Internet access, room and laundry services and a car park. All rooms are en suite and equipped with a shower, bath, double or king-size beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and Internet access. In addition, a safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and ironing set also feature as standard. The rooms are fitted with individually regulated air conditioning and central heating. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the heated outdoor pool. Sun loungers and parasols are ready for use.
