Newgrange Lodge

The former Farmhouse has been Newgrange Lodge since 2006. Our modern/country building is warm and welcoming to all guests and passers-by. We have large common rooms, open plan dinning and self-catering facilities. Located in the heart of the Boyne Valley, the Lodge is a restored farmhouse overlooking the spectacular UNESCO site of Newgrange and Bru Na Boinne visitors centre. The guesthouse is situated just outside of Drogheda in the village of Donore, County Meath. Junction 9 of the M1 motorway is just a 5-minute drive away. Rooms at the Lodge all feature power showers and cable TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas of the B&B and free parking is also available. Guests have use of a kitchen where they can prepare their own meals. There is also an outdoor decking area and BBQ. The historical landmarks of Knowth and Dowth are both within 2 miles of the guesthouse. Stunning countryside walks surround the property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isnt provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival.
