Newtown House Hotel

This converted 18th-century farmhouse is on Hayling Island, 12 miles from Portsmouth city centre. Newton House has free Wi-Fi and free parking, just half a mile from the nearby beach. Newtown House Hotel is in Hampshire, on the South Coast, between historic Portsmouth and Chichester with its Festival Theatre. There is easy road access to the mainland. The hotel mixes modern comforts with traditional character and original features, including old ships beams, oak panelling and stone fireplaces. Newton House Hotel has individually decorated en suite rooms with flat-screen Freeview TVs and tea/coffee. Please note the hotel does hold parties, weddings and events until midnight and whilst every effort it taken to minimize noise, there is a possibility that guest could be disturbed. The hotel restaurant will be closed from Mondays to Saturdays.
