The property is a 15-minute drive from the Tanjung Aru Beach and the Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park is a 20-minute boat ride away, while the Kinabalu National Park is a 2-hour drive away. Fitted with a balcony, the apartments feature living and dining areas and bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, stove and a dishwasher. Other facilities at North Borneo Paradise@Marina Court include a sauna, a children’s playground and meeting spaces. Airport shuttle services are available and free private parking is provided.
