Today, this charming estate with its beautifully manicured gardens offers an idyllic retreat in the delightful medieval village of Soriano nel Cimino. It features a fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and spa (extra charge) with sauna (extra charge) and whirlpool (extra charge). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Once a noble residence, the property offers apartments with a unique style, many featuring original fresco wall-paintings and wood-beamed ceilings. The well-equipped apartments include a partial kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Each apartment has a private bathroom with bath or shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer. Satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and iHome alarm clock are also provided. Some apartments have a patio.

The on-site restaurant provides delicious Italian and international cuisine in a friendly setting and has an extensive wine cellar. For groceries, guests will find several local stores and supermarkets within a short walking distance.

Palazzo Catalani is just 6 miles from Lake Vico Nature Reserve. The historic city of Viterbo is less than 10 miles away. A comprehensive list of activities and places to visit is available at reception. Rome’s Leonardo da Vinci and Ciampino airports are less than 65 miles away.

The resort requires a valid credit card to secure a refundable security deposit of €100 per apartment upon check-in. Your deposit will be released at the end of your stay upon inspection of your accommodation(s). Cash cannot be accepted as a deposit. Where a charged deposit is being refunded, please note that the funds will only appear in your account once processed by your financial institution.
When checking in, all Guests occupying the room are required to present a valid form of photo identification.
Children under 18 are not permitted to stay in the accommodation unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Those under 18 are included in the occupancy level for your accommodation. Under no circumstances may the maximum occupancy level be exceeded.
Please contact reception if you plan to arrive later than 23:59 on the day of arrival as accommodations will only be held until this time and may be subsequently cancelled.

Pets are not permitted at this resort, with the exception of service animals.
Due to the resort´s hillside location, we are unable to offer Guests wheelchair- accessible accommodations.
Prior to check-in, please park your car at the bottom of Via Montecavallo and walk to reception. A porter will then accompany you to the car park to collect your luggage (from 8:00 to 19:00).

Please note the hotel offers a selection of light continental breakfast options, including bakery and salad items, fresh fruit, and hot or cold drinks.
