Pelican Cove Apartments Gold Coast are a 15-minute drive from Seaworld, Wet ‘n’ Wild, Movie World and Dreamworld. Gold Coast Coolangatta Airport is only 45 minutes drive away. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a stove, a dishwasher and a microwave. A separate dining area and a lounge room with air conditioning and satellite TV are provided. Laundry facilities are provided. Free secure covered car parking is included. The large gardens include a BBQ area and tennis half-court. Guests can purchase theme park tickets, day tours and dinner cruises from the reception desk. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pelican Cove is a 3-level complex, accessible by stairs only. There is no lift or elevator access. Parking is in the basement (not included in the 3 levels) Please note Units are serviced for stays over 7 nights Please note that reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 16:00 Saturday: Weekends and public holidays by appointment or as required. If arrival time is outside office hours please contact reception. A valid photo ID and credit / debit card is required upon check-in. Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. A deposit of AUD 200 two months prior to arrival date is required for bookings under $1000 AUD , and $400 AUD for bookings over $1000 AUD. ( this will be collected by credit card and will be taken off the total of your booking.) $150 AUD will be required upon checking in (will show as pending on your account), this will affect the balance available, and will be removed approx. 7 – 10 business days.
