You can reach Tierra Mítica Theme Park as well as the Mundomar Sealife and Animal Park in less than 10 minutes’ drive. Parking on-site is available for a surcharge, with limited places, and Alicante Airport is 60 km away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please inform Picasso-Fincas Benidorm in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a final cleaning fee, bed linen and towels are included in the rate. For stays of more than 14 nights, bed linen and towels are changed weekly. For stays of 14 days or more, the apartments are cleaned and the sheets are changed once a week. Please note that parking is limited and subject to availability. From June to September air conditioning is available for a supplement of EUR 6 per day. Please note that in accordance with local laws, properties are not obliged to admit groups on stag or hen parties.
