Pine View Lodge

The property has been known as The Pine View Lodge since at least the 1950s and has provided vacation lodging for guests since at least that time but likely much longer. Since purchasing the property in 2013, I have done major renovations to most of the rooms. We also own a swimming pool and the motel directly across the street. Were on the corner of Atlantic and Saco Avenues and within a 10 minute straight walk to the beach. Traffic in Old Orchard Beach can be a nightmare at times, but our location allows our guests easy access in and out of town. On any given day even in the height of summer it is an easy 5 minute drive from the Maine Turnpike. Our location away from the bars and trainstation allows guests to get a better nights rest. We have more than one picnic table areas and gas grilling options for guests. Most rooms come with complete kitchenettes with fridges and microwaves allowing for longer stays and less expensive dining whilie vacationing. This Old Orchard Beach motel offers free Wi-Fi and rooms provide cable TV. The beach is less than 10 minutes’ walk and Palace Playland Amusement Park and more are within 15 minutes’ walk of the property. A microwave and refrigerator are offered in select rooms and cottages at Pine View Lodge. A fully equipped kitchen is featured in apartments. Guests can enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool or use the barbecue facilities on site. Picnic tables are also provided. The Pier at Old Orchard Beach is 15 minutes’ walk from Pine View Lodge Old Orchard Beach. Funtown Splashtown USA is 10 minutes’ drive away.
