The house offers free private parking with direct access from the living room. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a wardrobe. Air conditioning is available for an extra charge. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, as well as an electric hob, oven, freezer and utensils. The Marina at L’Hospitalet de L’Infant is a 20-minute walk from the house. Port Aventura Aquatic Park and Reus Airport are a 30-minute drive away. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 19:00 carries a EUR 80 surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. Towels are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 4 per person. Alternatively guests can bring their own. Air conditioning is an optional service and its price is 10 euros per day.
