Prehistoric Lodge

Prehistoric Lodge is located at the entrance of the Gorges de l’Ardèche Nature Reserve, just 100 metres from the Chauvet Cave. It offers guest rooms with a terrace and free WiFi access. Each room is an independent ecolodge, decorated elegantly in a style inspired by the local environment. Each room is air-conditioned and overlooks the gardens. The en suite bathrooms have a shower and spa bath. A continental breakfast is served daily. Guests can also enjoy local cuisine at Le Chamane restaurant, which is open for brunch, lunch and evening meals. Packed lunches can also be arranged. Guests can explore the local area on canoes available for hire at the hotel. The hotel is located 50 km from the Cevennes National Park and 79 km from the historic city of Nîmes. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that guests are advised to make a reservation for the restaurant. Please note that the restaurant will not be serving food on weekdays from 06 September until 05 October. Please note that for the Deluxe Double Lodge - River View, the hot tub is available from 1 May to 21 September inclusive. Groups are not accepted at this property, even if making individual reservations.
