Facilities at Mountway Holiday Apartments include a tour desk, a convenience store and a guest laundry. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Mountway Holiday Apartments know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that for guests booking on the same day of check in, an AUD $200 refundable cash deposit may be required upon arrival. Opening hours from 08:30 until 17:00 hours on weekdays, and from 09:30 to 14:00 hours on weekends. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours (late night or early morning) must inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival when booking so that arrangements for an after hours check-in can be made. Please note that guests arriving after 24:00 must also book the night they are arriving, as check in is from 14:00 and check out is at 10:00. Please note that extra beds are only available upon request. Please note that upon check in, guests are required to present a valid credit card in the name that the reservation was made under. Please note that car parking is limited and subject to availability. Free street parking is available after 18:00.
