The location near the beach, trendy beach pavilions and wide variety of top-notch restaurants in the vicinity are the cherry on the cake for those who enjoy life. After an afternoon at the beach, the kids can enjoy a variety of activities including paddleboating, swimming, dancing with Koos Konijn and arts and crafts, to name a few. Located 400 m from the North Sea beach, Résidence Cadzand Bad offers an indoor pool and indoor pool. This self-catering accommodation features free Wi-Fi. Each villa will provide you with a flat-screen TV and a terrace. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. Private bathrooms also come with a shower. At Résidence Cadzand Bad you will find a restaurant, a la carte restaurant and a tennis court. Activities in the surrounding area include cycling, mini golf and bowling. A damage deposit of EUR 65 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. If the full amount is not paid before arrival, it may happen that your property is no longer available. Credit card information can be asked to secure your booking. These will not be used to collect the payment. Please inform us when your expected arrival time is after 5 pm. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 65 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after booking via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the final cleaning is obligated. An extra fee of EUR 60 to EUR 140 will apply. Bed linen are optional; guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 8.95 (bed linen) and 13.95 (bed linen and towels) per person. Please contact the accommodation before your arrival if you want to book final cleaning or bed linen and towels. Please note that the person making the booking must be 21 years minimum.
