Situated just 4.5 kilometers from Valencia city, the housing estate features car parking, shops, and restaurants (subject to residents' association conditions and timetables). Pets are allowed with a supplement of 10 EUR/day. Keys must be collected at Plaza de la Señoría 2; contact in advance for late arrivals. Direct payment is required upon check-in, and prepayment is necessary for arrivals outside key collection hours. The key collection office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays (except during the summer). A credit card is required as a deposit. Change of sheets and towels is provided every 7 days. Optional services, such as weekly or daily laundry and parking, are available for an additional fee. Reception hours are Monday to Sunday, from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm.
