Seaspray Villa is a private and luxurious escape in Shoal Bay, just a 1-minute walk from the shops, restaurants and beach. North facing, it has a beautiful panoramic view of Shoal Bay and over to Hawks Nest and the mountains beyond. Recently furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry and covered parking. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The main bathroom has a bathtub, that is also a spa bath. The second bedroom has 2 singles. The lounge room has a fold out double sofa bed (with an inner spring mattress and trapeze base). It is a wide property, with high ceilings. Please inform Seaspray Villa 5 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a No Party Policy. Please note that this private villa is located within a resort, but guests do not have access to the resort facilities. Linen is included in the price and is delivered on check-in date and guests are required to make their own beds and on check out day, to remove linen and place in bags provided.
