This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A USD 200.00 damage waiver fee will be charged at check-in. This is fully refundable, subject to a damage inspection. Please note service charges and taxes are non-refundable. After full payment is taken, the property will send guests the address and key pick-up location.
